Een van de keuzes die je moet maken betreft de energiebron om te koken: gas of elektriciteit. Om u te helpen bepalen welk type voeding in uw geval het meest geschikt is, geven we hier de verschillende voor- en nadelen aan die elk vertegenwoordigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-gaz\"><strong>Het gas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit is de keuze van de meeste horecaprofessionals gezien het gebruiksgemak (regelbare vlam, instant warmte, enz.) en de matige prijs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Houd er rekening mee dat de foodtruck moet zijn uitgerust met een waterdichte container die:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verkeert in goede staat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vertegenwoordigt geen element dat brand kan veroorzaken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heeft geen niet-ge\u00efsoleerde kabels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is van buitenaf bereikbaar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De gasflessen moeten verticaal, op 2 punten, boven en onder de behuizing worden bevestigd en het is verboden spanschroeven te gebruiken. Ten slotte moet het circuit gescheiden zijn van alle andere circuits om verwarring te voorkomen en moeten de leidingen, fittingen en kranen, enz. gemakkelijk toegankelijk zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>elektriciteit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De mogelijkheden die elektriciteit biedt zijn talloos: voertuigverlichting, verlichte reclameborden, muziekweergave, enzovoort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er zijn verschillende mogelijkheden om uw foodtruck van stroom te voorzien: aansluiting op een stopcontact, een accu, een generator of zonnepanelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als je ervoor kiest om op elektriciteit te koken, houd er dan rekening mee dat de foodtruck die is aangesloten op een stopcontact een spanning van 220V heeft en met betrekking tot het gebruik van een generator moet het vermogen twee keer zo groot zijn als dat van al je apparaten.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koken met elektriciteit heeft echter ook nadelen\u2026 Naast een laag rendement en het risico op stroomuitval, leidt dit systeem tot energieverlies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>En hoe zit het met conformiteitscertificaten?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aangezien dit een mobiele elektrische installatie is, moet de controle jaarlijks worden uitgevoerd.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De gasinstallatie moet bij ingebruikname worden gecontroleerd, maar de brandweer kan behoefte hebben aan recentere documenten.
