Frequently asked questions
How and when do I pay?
By bank transfer, within the 10 days after booking. With the KMO-portefeuille you only transfer the VAT to us directly.
Can I book several colleagues?
Yes, up to ten participants per booking, on a single invoice in your company’s name.
The series is full, what now?
Put yourself on the waiting list: if a place opens up or we schedule an extra series, you hear about it first.
Can I cancel or send someone else?
Sending a colleague in your place is always possible. Cancelling follows the general terms.
How does the KMO-portefeuille work?
File the application up to 14 days after the first day of class with accreditation number DV.O254095: up to 30 % off the amount excluding VAT. You only transfer the VAT to us.
How do the training vouchers (Le Forem) work?
1 voucher = 1 hour of training per participant; you pay €15 per €30 voucher. Balance and VAT by bank transfer.
