Agency questions
Can Atlas intervene the same day for an urgent signing?
For Atlas Pro subscriber agencies, we reserve pre-blocked emergency slots every week. In practice, a request received before 10 a.m. can be handled the next day (report included). Same-day visits remain exceptional and depend on inspector availability in the area.
What if the report is non-compliant and the signing is in 5 days?
The Atlas inspector hands you on the spot the list of non-conformities with a clear description of the works required. You can then assign your usual electrician or ask us for a recommendation. The re-inspection visit can take place within 48 h after remediation (reduced rate).
Can the report be sent directly to the notary?
Yes. Your Atlas client portal lets you set a secondary recipient per property (notary, seller, buyer). The report goes out automatically by e-mail as soon as it is validated by the inspector.
Does Atlas also produce EPC certificates in the Flemish Region?
Yes. Atlas Contrôle is an accredited EPB-deskundige type A in the Flemish Region, Brussels type in the BCR, and accredited PEB certifier in the Walloon Region. Your Flemish, Brussels or Walloon properties are handled by the same team.
How does the transition from our current inspection body work?
No minimum commitment: you test Atlas Pro on 5-10 inspections, and if the service doesn't suit you, you leave at no cost. Most agencies keep their previous supplier on backup for the first 3 months — that's perfectly fine.
