B2B FAQ
From what volume does Atlas Pro become worthwhile?
From 3 inspections per month on average, the Atlas Pro offer becomes advantageous (dedicated account manager + priority slots). Beyond 10 inspections / month, volume-based pricing applies (up to −15 %).
Is the scheduling API compatible with my ERP?
Our REST API allows Atlas Contrôle to integrate with most ERPs on the market: Omnicasa, Whise, Syndic'one, Odoo, or any tool exposing a webhook. Discuss it with our technical team during the first call.
What happens in case of a non-compliant report?
Atlas Pro includes a re-inspection at a reduced rate (typically 50 % of the catalogue price) after remediation. The interval between the two visits is also negotiated in the framework agreement.
What geographic coverage?
All of Belgium, from our 4 offices: Brussels (Schaerbeek), Vilvoorde, Liège and Ghent. Our inspectors operate within an 80 km radius of each office (+ ad-hoc visits available on request).
Is Atlas bilingual (FR + NL)?
Yes. All our inspectors speak French and many also speak Dutch. Reports are available in FR or NL depending on your choice, and our commercial team is bilingual.
