I can't sign in, what should I do?
Use the « Forgot password » function on the login page. If your e-mail is not recognised, contact us at 02 726 64 04 or via our form — we'll verify your account within 24 working hours.
Why is the area on a different domain (order.atlascontrole.be)?
Our client portal runs on Odoo, which securely manages quotes, invoices and reports. It is an official subdomain of Atlas Contrôle, hosted on Odoo SaaS infrastructure. The « padlock » in your browser confirms the HTTPS secure connection.
How do I create an account?
Your account is created automatically when you request your first quote or first inspection. You'll receive a welcome e-mail with an activation link. Request your first quote here.
