Why is there no password anymore?
Because a forgotten password was the number one reason clients called our office. You enter your e-mail address, we send you a sign-in link valid for 20 minutes that works only once. As safe as a password — with nothing to remember.
I am not receiving the sign-in link
Check your spam folder, then make sure you use the e-mail address we have on file (the one that receives our reports and invoices). Still unsure? Call +32 2 726 64 04 or use our form ; we check your account within 24 working hours.
I had an account on order.atlascontrole.be, do I need a new one?
No. Your portal runs on the same data: the same e-mail address opens the new portal, with your full history. Nothing to do on your side.
Several people in my company need access
Every contact attached to your company gets their own access, with visibility on the company's cases. To add a contact, get in touch — we add them to your client record.
